Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Australian orders will be sent via regular parcel post which includes a tracking number at a flat rate of $10.00.  Delivery time is 4 or more business days after the item has shipped.

If you require express post please contact us before you place your order and we can accommodate you. 

International orders will be sent via Air Mail in a tracked bag at a flat rate of $20.00.  Delivery time is generally 10-15 business days depending on countries; however, some destinations may require additional time for parcels to arrive.  Please also be aware that Customs can hold parcels for extended periods of time which is out of our control.

No extra insurance is purchased unless requested via email.  If you wish to add insurance, a signature on delivery or require express post please email [email protected] before you place your order.

All shipping charges are in AUD.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, First Date offers an exchange or store credit to the value of your order (excluding shipping costs).

Your return must meet the criteria below to be eligible:

- You must advise us of your request via email within 7 days of receiving your order. 
- Your item must be unworn, tags attached and in original packaging. 

Personal and intimate items (hair brushes and earrings) are not eligible for return.
